Colin 4 years ago Most enjoyable night ever. Great people from the moment we were collected from our accomadation to the end of the experience they were very friendly the culture experience was well worth it and definitely an eye opener into Maori traditions. And the food there was just so much food no one went hungry and of course there was the chance to go back for seconds and thirds. To top the night off we experience rainbow springs by night on a guided tour very well experience guide and definitely worth every moment. Will be recommending this to everyone who visits New Zealand

My husband and I were one of the first to be picked up from our hotel in a mini bus by one of the villagers wearing traditional dress and tattoos

My husband and I were one of the first to be picked up from our hotel in a mini bus by one of the villagers wearing traditional dress and tattoos.Wow what a start to the night. We arrived to a warm welcome with about 200plus others. From young families with little children to people in their 80s.A wonderful master of ceremonies welcomed 21 nations in their own languages! We were shown how a Hungi was prepared.Shown around the village and the arrival of six men in a canoe chanting as they came down the river, then off to a presentation of village life and Maori singing. Our food was buffet style with plenty for everyone. To walk off dinner a walk in the bush to see glow worms.Beautiful.Back in the bus with a full belly and a good nights sleep A wonderful experience

Be captivated by the displays of weaponry and combat, coupled with the grace and beauty of the poi dance, followed by a spine-tingling haka finale.
