Tahlia Daws 4 weeks ago Lovely wildlife park. Being able to feed and pat the kangaroos was definitely a highlight. We bought a koala experience as well and it was lovely being able to pat the koala and learn a bit more about them. Will definitely visit next time we are in Ballarat.

My mum and dad had a great time
Maria Cecilia Habito 1 month ago

My mum and dad had a great time. It's their first time seeing a koala, Tasmanian devil, wombat, dingo and meerkat. But, what they really enjoyed the most, and as I would say it, the highlight of their day would be patting and the feeding of kangaroos.

Ballarat Wildlife Park is one of must visit places
Milan Lausevic 2 months ago

Ballarat Wildlife Park is one of must visit places. Ideal for relaxation and spending time with animals. I was with my wife and we had such a great time feeding kangaroos, listening all interesting things about animals and of course taking a professional photo of us with Georgie the wombat. We will certainly go again very soon.

Great experience and will go again
Rodney Naidoo 2 months ago

Great experience and will go again. It was a new experience although I have been on many wildlife safaris in South Africa. Will definitely recommend to others and will be taking my visitors there in April. Could do with some clean up around the place though because it attracts a lot of flies when hot.

The staff are so friendly would be nice if we had more freshly made Australian food
Ivan Majstorovic 2 months ago

The staff are so friendly would be nice if we had more freshly made Australian food. Snags out of kangaroo etc. Also a lookout tower with a telescope and maybe a video room with the early life of town and video of past rides. The photos of the family taken are fantastic you pick them up from the top. All in all not quick expensive and toilets below quite clean so too for parking quite good. Maybe a touch screen of with you might be able to do within 10km.

Loved the new penguin exhibition
Imogen Dodds 2 months ago

Loved the new penguin exhibition, will have to go again once the tiger has settled into her surroundings and is out more to see. Grounds were clean and well kept, eas access to all exhibits. Feeding the kangaroos is always a highlight for our 5year old. Great to see a local attraction growing and bringing more to the area.

The zoo is small but it is very fun

The zoo is small but it is very fun. Being able to touch the kangaroos is very fun. My baby had an incredible experience for being able to get so close to the animals. I recommend it. You must go. You can touch the animals for sure.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time visiting the Ballarat Wildlife Park
Kylie Cranage 3 months ago

My daughters and I had a wonderful time visiting the Ballarat Wildlife Park. We were greeted at the front door by kangaroos who were very friendly are loved the attention. Remember to buy animal food at the gates to feed the kangaroos as you walk around. The variety of animals and quality of the enclosures was impressive and we are looking forward to our next visit to meet the tigers. My youngest daughter is 4 and appreciated me taking her stroller as the hills around the park were steep for her little legs. Good paths through the park made walking easy for myself and my eldest daughter.

It's an amazing place and the kangaroos are really friendly
Lady Johana Gomez Gutierrez 3 months ago

It's an amazing place and the kangaroos are really friendly. In the place you can find, Tasmania devils, wild dogs, kangaroos, koalas and a big crocodile. Something that I don't like is that some animals are in a small space but the place could be more popular with good merchandise. With Experience Oz the entry was fast and with discount.

It's a great experience for families with little kids
Nadeeshani Pathirana 3 months ago

It's a great experience for families with little kids. Even though we went on Christmas Eve, the park wasn't crowded and the staff members were wonderful. There is a variety of animals to see and kangaroo encounter was the best. My two year old enjoyed feeding the roos roaming freely.
